According to the requirements of English curriculum standard of compulsory education in 2011,the English grammar is an essential basic knowledge for students in Grade 9 to master.To gaine the comprehensive language ability,students need to do well in grammar.Also,for students in Grade 9,it is necessary to make a review plan for the senior high school entrance examination,and carry out a comprehensive knowledge carding and grammar review for the whole junior high school three years.This is not easy for junior high school students.And for teachers,the time for reviewing is not enough.The existence of this spear shield makes it urgent to improve the teaching model.With the rapid development of the Internet,micro lectures has become popular in teaching.In the practice of English teaching,the application value of micro lectures has gradually been affirmed and recognized.More and more teachers begin to design and apply micro lectures in Enlish teaching.Students are given a number of pictures.The texts and pictures of video can bring visual stimulation to students,thus indirectly stimulating the brain memory mechanism.It improves the efficiency of learning grammar.The so-called "fast,hard,accurate" teaching mode,seize the students’ interest in learning,enhance the students’ interest in learning,and improve the efficiency of classroom learning.This paper mainly discusses the application of micro-class in ninth grade grammar teaching.On the basis of ADDIE teaching model and autonomous learning theory,this paper designs a method of micro-lecture grammar teaching which is suitable for the ninth grade of Wuhan Qili Middle School.Using questionnaire survey,individual interview,spss and other tools,this paper mainly studies the following questions:(1)Is the application of micro class in grammar teaching effective?(2)What is the effectiveness of applying micro class to grammar teaching in grade nine?(3)What are the reasons and influencing factors for the application of micro lecture in grammar teaching of grade nine?The results show that the application of micro-class to grammar teaching in grade 9 is effective,which is manifested in the significant improvement of students’ grammar scores,and the narrowing of the gap between students’ grammar scores in the class.Micro class is helpful to the improvement of grammar scores of students with learning difficulties.At the same time,students are more optimistic towards grammar learning.The application of micro-class in grammar teaching stimulates students’ interest in grammar learning and enhances their self-confidence in grammar learning.Finally,micro-lessons also help ninth-grade teachers improve teaching efficiency.The students think the micro-class has the pictures animation.They think it is more interesting and they can be more focused into it,and the study is more autonomous.They can even pause or look back according to their oun needs.Teacher believes that micro-lessons enable students to review and consolidate basic grammar knowledge more quickly.They said students participate in class more because of micro lectures.Generally speaking,micro-class is suitable for English grammar teaching in Grade 9,but its application needs to be further optimized according to the needs of students.Based on the above research results,the author discusses the Enlightenment of the application of micro class in ninth grade grammar teaching,and puts forward some suggestions.Schools should promote micro class,build micro class platform,improve the quality of micro class production,and work together to create a good environment for students’ autonomous learning.In addition,the author also puts forward the shortcomings of the research,which can be improved next time.
