Research Of The County Governance In Fujian,Zhejiang And Jiangxi Revolutionary Base Area(1927-1934)

From 1927 to 1934,the border areas of the four provinces of Fujian Zhejiang Anhui and Jiangxi were established as one of the six major revolutionary bases in China,namely,the revolutionary base areas of Fujian,Zhejiang and Jiangxi.It started from Hengfeng and Yiyang at first,and then to the north of Xinjiang,and to the whole northeast of Jiangxi,finally to 52 counties covering Fujian and Zhejiang,Anhui and Jiangxi with,more than millions of population,the occupied territory area of 6.2 square kilometers,centering around the northeast of Jiangxi.The Soviet regime at the county level was established effectively carried out in 32 countries Soviet policy,guiding principle,and route formulated in Fujian,Jiangxi and Zhejiang province are implemented well,and,all management centered around the military struggle,at the same time the agrarian revolution was carried out and the industrial development of agricultural cultural education and health undertakings were properly developed.These are all the reasons why Soviet policy in Fujian,Zhejiang and Jiangxi soviet area can be implemented for eight years.In this paper,the author uses the historical research method to try to explore the county situation,the content of the county area governance and the organization of the three-level Soviet government in the area of Fujian,Zhejiang and Jiangxi province.It can better understand the universality and regional characteristics of the Chinese communist party during the agrarian revolution.This paper from the perspective of county government,Soviet area at different stages during the period of fujian and zhejiang to the revolutionary base area development process,has established the millstones mountain revolutionary base areas,xinjiang revolutionary base area,northeast jiangxi revolutionary base areas,as well as fujian and zhejiang to the revolutionary base areas;To explore the county area of the revolutionary base of fujian,zhejiang and jiangxi.This is one of the innovation points of this paper,and also a contribution to the academic.Because of the four provinces of fujian and zhejiang to Soviet area across the county range is bigger,need to introduce the distribution of administrative zones,the Soviet area county made a relatively complete carding and scoping,roughly understand the scope of Soviet area county,and based on the existing have mastery of the material,arrangement and classification,the base is divided into central and guerrilla zones.District including full red county,Soviet area county,part of the Soviet areas,guerrilla zones including guerrilla county,made a brief analysis of each county in the form of tables,maps and made clear the area of Soviet area county;The contents of county governance are divided into six parts:political power,economy,military,cultural construction,land revolution,and anti-movement,etc.,and the specific contents and measures of county governance are analyzed comprehensively.In the period of the Soviet area,all the objectives of county governance were based on the victory of war,which was the central clue throughout the whole period of fujian,zhejiang and jiangxi.And enumerate three representative counties as the typical case analysis of county governance.Based on the comparison between fujian zhejiang-jiangxi province and other revolutionary base areas in the south,the characteristics of the county governance in the revolutionary base areas of fujian and zhejiang were discussed.Fujian,zhejiang-jiangxi province has a long and relatively stable existence,and it can't be separated from its effective county governance for eight years.
