Study On The Organizational Communication Of Square Dance

With the development of Internet technology,we have entered the networked information society and started to step out of the clear-cut,well-structured organizations and began to form individual-centered social networks.Modern society is a highly organized society.Social organizations constitute an important part of society.As an important hub for organizational communication,the function of communication is enlarged and becomes a necessary condition for the organization.It is of great significance to promote the efficient and stable development of the organization by exploring the roles and functions of organizational communication in the organizational development process.This article attempts to use the theories of organizational communication and organizational sociology to select the Shenyang XX Square Dance Team as the research object,and to explore the role of organizational communication and social structure factors in its organizational development process,by providing a vivid case.For the study of this area to provide a useful reference.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance,framework,methods and literature review of the thesis research.The second part discusses the forming elements of the square dance organization and starts with the organizational structure of the dance team.Discussed the operating mechanism of the participants and the daily activities,and also discussed the social structural factors.The third part is the key part of the paper,expounded the path of the square dance organization,the first is the characteristics of the online and offline linkage propagation.Secondly,it discusses the role of organizational communication in the inter-organizational and intra-organizational communications.What is the role each organization assumes? The fourth part introduces the analysis of the causes of square dance participation,and specifically analyzes the elder and the elderly in terms of both internal and external factors.The motive of participation in dance;The fifth part sublimates the research theme and explores the profound meaning behind the square dance as a carrier of the characteristics of a generation.The last part is the conclusion,summarizes the content of the full text,and reflects the existing deficiencies.The article mainly adopts non-participatory observation and in-depth interviewresearch methods.It focuses on the organizational development course of the research object,the XX Square Dance Team,and begins with its organizational structure,operating mechanism,organizational communication,and social structure factors.The process of continuous organizational development has led to a glimpse of the deep social and historical issues reflected by Leopard's discovery of square dance.
