The Supplementary Variorum And Analysis Of "Cang Lv"(??) Of Qin Dynasty

In recent years,more and more bamboo and wood slips of Qin dynasty were released.That means there are much more historical materials for further study of"Cang Lv"(??).On the basis of analyzing the related contents of Shuihudi bamboo slips of Qin dynasty,Yuelu Academy bamboo slips of Qin dynasty and Liye slips of Qin dynasty,this paper try to discuss"Cang Lv"(??)of ancient China during Qin dynasty.There are different interpretations of the definition of "Cang Lv"(??).From the present unearthed bamboo slips material,"Cang Lv"(??)is a provision about warehouse management,grain sowing,officials'salary and salary of irregular employers,grain of horse and so on.However,the"Shi Ping"(??)system in the Yuelu Academy bamboo slips of Qin-dynasty has not been seen in the Shuihudi bamboo slips of Qin-dynasty,which to some extent,complements the shortage of the materials of the"Cang Lv"(??)in the Shuihudi bamboo slips of Qin-dynasty.With regard to the understanding of"Za"(?)in the word"Za Feng"(??),the author thinks that it is not only the meaning of"common",but also the meaning of"the officials of different officials handle a certain business together".Especially in the context of the"Za Feng"(??)of Qin warehouse,"Za"(?)only understood as"common"may not be too accurate.As for the word of"XiaoChengdan"(???)in"Cang Lv"(??),through the reading of Liye slips of Qin-dynasty,it was found that"XiaoChengdan"(???)could do the work of"FuShaonei"(???),"FuTianguan"(???),"Buyu"(??)and other work.With regard to the establishment of the warehouse of Qin dynasty and the establishment of the officials of warehouse of Qin dynasty,the author thinks that warehouse of Qin dynasty is divided into central granary,County warehouse and township warehouse,and the township warehouse is the branch of the County warehouse.The central granary management agencies mainly includes"Neishi"(??),"Taicang"(??)and"Cang Cao"(??).The scholars have different opinions on there is a County warehouse whether or not.The County warehouse and the township warehouse management organization mainly includes"Cang Cao"(??).Officials in the central granary have"Neishi"(??),"Taicangcheng"(???)and"Taicangling"(???).The officials in the County warehouse mainly include"Xiansefu"(???),"Cheng"(?),"Cangsefu"(???),"Zuo"(?),"Shi"(?),"Cangshou"(??)and so on.There are government officials in the township warehouse mainly includes"Lingshi"(??),"Cangzuo"(??),"Shou"(?)and"Lingren"(??)and other officials.The protection system of warehouse of Qin dynasty mainly includes anti-theft,fire prevention,pest control and rodent prevention,ventilation and moisture-proof.Under the protection of all the above protection systems and measures,we can ensure the safety of warehouse of Qin dynasty.
