The "Chinese-Thai Chinese Teacher Volunteer Project" has achieved fruitful results since its implementation in Thailand in 2003.Every year,a large number of volunteer Chinese teachers to teach Chinese and spread Chinese culture in Thai.Because of the cultural differences between China and Thailand,how to overcome cultural differences,improve teaching efficiency,and promote the smooth development of Chinese language teaching during overseas teaching is an urgent problem for volunteers after they go to Thailand.In the teaching activities,volunteers also involve interactions with other teachers and Thai students.Therefore,this paper,based on Habermas's theory of communicative action,takes teaching communication as the angle of view,and takes the Thai's volunteers Chinese teachers in 2017 as the research object,using questionnaires and interviews to explore the status and problems of the volunteers in Thai teaching and communication,and to explore the causes of the problems.At the same time,using the influence of teaching communication on the adaptation of teaching,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the cross-cultural communication ability of the volunteers,and helps them to improve the adaptability of teaching and promote the smooth development of Chinese teaching.The introduction part mainly introduces the research background,research significance,purpose and methods,and summarizes the related research status and defines the core concepts.The first chapter briefly introduces the main contents of Habermas's theory of communicative action,and discusses and analyzes the guiding role of Habermas's theory to this research.The second chapter,taking the Thai's volunteers Chinese teachers in 2017 as the research object,using SPSS21.0 software to collate and analyze the questionnaire data,the data is tested by reliability test,correlation analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis,and draws the corresponding conclusions.Summarized the status quo and problems of the teaching communication among volunteers Chinese teachers.The third chapter,based on Habermas's theory,combines the problems existing in the status quo of the volunteer Chinese teachers' teaching communication,and discusses the reasons for its occurrence.Chapter Four,based on Habermas's theory,puts forward some suggestions for the teaching communication of Chinese teacher volunteers.The conclusion part,summarize the conclusions and deficiencies of this study.
