Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to cultural self-confidence and put forward that "cultural self-confidence is the most basic,broadest and profound self-confidence".Chinese cultural self-confidence mainly comes from the excellent traditional Chinese culture,revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture.However,because of its historical,inherited and interesting characteristics,the vernacular festival culture,inherited for thousands of years,still has an important position and influence in today's society.It can be said that it is an indispensable part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture.Its inheritance and development can effectively strengthen people's recognition of the national culture,stimulate the vitality and vitality of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and further enhance cultural self-consciousness and cultural self-confidence.To resist the impact of foreign ideology and culture is important to promote the construction of socialist cultural power in our country and to enhance the national cultural soft power,national cohesion and centripetal force.The cultural inheritance of local festivals laid the foundation of strength,strengthened internal motivation,provided an effective opportunity,and forged character temperament,which are interdependent and closely related.In this paper,based on the literature survey,on the basis of field investigation was carried out on the Z town of yushan,with Z yuanxiao board Lantern Festival in the town of heritage status as the breakthrough point,through to Z town ordinary people township and village cadres at the grass-roots level and so on several categories of students and faculty representatives of questionnaire and interview,observation,data collection and sorting,found that there are on board the Lantern Festival attaches great importance to the shortage of funds insufficient degree of decline in activity places prominent problems such as limited space lanterns skill inheritance crisis,this is mainly because the individual's cultural cognition level less than local festival culture education school lack of social economic and cultural development not balanced fiscal policy support,such as smaller individual school social government the contradiction between the four main body led to the weakening Z town yuanxiao board the inheritance of the Lantern Festival.To this end,this paper based on the analysis of the Z town yuanxiao plate inheritance based on the presentsituation and reason of the Lantern Festival,puts forward several proposals on the local festival culture inheritance,one is to strengthen the local festival culture education,improve the level of people's thought cognition;Second,promote the development of cultural industries and encourage active participation of social members;Third,it is a social government triad to broaden the sources of funds.Fourth,using modern media to innovate the way of spreading holiday culture;Fifth,pay attention to the cultural carrier to build,improve the guarantee mechanism of local festival culture inheritance.
