Self study has always been a hot topic in psychology.The core idea of Buddhism is "no-self".Mindfulness meditation comes from Buddhism,and mindfulness meditation is to help people break down perseverance and see their own nature,so as to get rid of the bondage of the mind and find the original state of the round.In this study,the effect of self in mindfulness meditation was systematically studied by the combination of questionnaires and laboratory experiment.To be specific,the mindfulness meditation experience questionnaires were used as a tool,subjects with T score that are over 60 were selected as the high mindfulness meditation level group and those with T score less than 40 in the low mindfulness meditation level group.And then,in order to investigate the effect of mindfulness meditation training on self,selected subjects were used as the control group to conduct the intervention study and experimental study.Based on the above study,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)There were significant differences in pretest mindfulness meditation level,core self-evaluation and self-focused attention among the low mindfulness meditation group,the high mindfulness meditation group and the control group.The pretest meditation meditation level of the high mindfulness meditation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the low mindfulness meditation group's pretest meditation level was significantly lower than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in core self-evaluation between the high mindfulness meditation group and the control group.The core self-evaluation of the low mindfulness meditation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.In the high mindfulness meditation group,the pretest self-focused attention of the subjects was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the pretest self-focused attention of the low mindfulness meditation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the accuracy of self-concept and self-reference between the low mindfulness meditation group,the high mindfulness meditation group and the control group.(2)There were significant differences between the low mindfulness meditation level group and the high mindfulness meditation group,and the post-test was significantly higher than the pretest,and the difference was not significant in the control group.This indicates that mindfulness meditation training can improve the level of mindfulness meditation.(3)In the core self-evaluation,self-focused attention,self-concept,and the correct rate of self-reference,there were significant differences between the low mindfulness meditation group and the high mindfulness meditation group.The post test of the low mindfulness meditation group and the high mindfulness meditation group was significantly higher than the pretest,and the post test of self-focused attention,self-concept,the correct rate of self-reference were significantly lower than that of the pretest.There was no significant difference between the pretest-post test of the control group.This indicates that mindfulness meditation training can improve the core self-evaluation of subjects,reduce their self-focused attention,self-concept and self-reference effect.(4)There were significant differences in the level of mindfulness meditation,core self-evaluation,self-focused attention,self-concept and self-reference,and the level of mindfulness meditation and core self-evaluation in the high mindfulness meditation group and the low mindfulness meditation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.In low mindfulness meditation group and high mindfulness meditation group,the rate of self-focused attention,self concept quantity,dissatisfied self and self-reference was significantly lower than that of the control group.(5)There were significant differences in pretest and post test of the mindfulness meditation of three group.At the level of self-focused attention,the difference between the low mindfulness meditation group and the high mindfulness meditation group was significant,and the low mindfulness meditation group had less self-focused attention.In the core self-evaluation,self-concept,and the correct rate of self-reference,the difference between the low mindfulness meditation group was greater than that in the mindfulness meditation group,but it did not reach the significant level.
