Subjective well-being(SWB) refers to the individual standard according to the overall evaluation of the quality of life, it reflects the individual’s quality of life and mental health.Mindfulness training is the development of a set of group intervention program can be used to enhance the subjective well-being, but there are still some controversies about itself effectiveness and mechanism of action. Therefore, this study adopts the method of questionnaire survey and random experimental design to explore the mechanism and effect of mindfulness training to enhance the subjective well-being of college students. The study consists of two parts:A study on 300 college students from four universities of Soochow University, Shanxi Agricultural University, Datong University and Civil Aviation University of China as subjects questionnaire survey. Explored the relationship between mindfulness,core selfevaluation and subjective well-being, analyzed the reason of mindfulness training to enhance college students’ subjective well-being.Two on the basis of the first study, with mindfulness based cognition therapy introduced the content of core self-evaluation and the design of random experimental study to explore that if mindfulness training can improve the subjective well-being. The research provided an experimental group and a control group, the experimental group for eight weeks of mindfulness training, while the control group received no treatment.The results of the study show that:(1) The three variables of mindfulness, core self-evaluation and subjective well-being are significant positive correlation;(2) the core self-evaluation is a partial intermediary variable between mindfulness and The function of mindfulness on subjective well-being is about 1/4 through the core self-evaluation; among them, the core self-evaluation has a partial mediating effect between mindfulness and positive emotion and negative emotion, and does not have amediating effect between mindfulness and life satisfaction;(3) mindfulness training introduced the content of core self-evaluation can effectively improve the students’ core self-evaluation and subjective well-being.
