| In recent years,the development of cultural undertakings in China has led to many theaters which are mainly run cultural performances.This is the inevitable result of the accumulation of human art and civilization in thousands of years of history.In order to conform to the call of the performance and the times,many theaters are close to the mode of the Performing Arts Center in varying degrees,and want to develop into a complex machine with multiple functions,such as cultural significance,political function,commercial value and so on.But in modern society,it is unavoidable to face the same proposition--market operation management.Especially in the continuous increase in the number of theaters and the expansion of the scale,the role and role of the theatre in the city are becoming increasingly prominent.In this new normal situation,how can the theatre be operated and developed for a long time is a problem we need to solve urgently.In this study,taking marketing as the research object,taking the H theatre as an example,using the literature research method,comparative research method and investigation method,the marketing situation in the development process of H theater was deeply analyzed and explored.First,the basic theory of marketing is analyzed and summarized in detail.Secondly,based on the mastery of the above theory,the H theater is taken as an example to investigate the marketing situation in the development process of the theatre,and the problems in the operation process of the H theater are summarized through the analysis of the questionnaire data: the lack of the problems in the operation process.The lack of brand awareness and brand product,ticket price customization and publicity.Finally,through the macro environment analysis and situation analysis of the H theater,the development status of the theatre is combed.The three elements and marketing mix strategy of marketing strategy are further applied to the core issues of theater operation,and effective solutions are put forward.At the same time,it also enumerates the guarantee measures for the market operation of the theater,namely,relying on the brand advantage,creating the brand operation mode,paying attention to the diversification of the product and building a professional talent team,so as to help the market management of the H theatre more effectively and ensure its development direction.We should give full play to the role of theaters in carrying out culture in today’s rapidly developing social situation. |
