| Culture performance industry has a great development in recent years,especially the drama for children contributes a lot and it has the increasing potential market. Numerous modern theatres have been new-built but the overall usage is comparatively low. The study of operation management of children-oriented theaters has a magnificent meaning for domestic children’s drama development, which will efficiently maximize the usage of theater resources.The essay is combined the theory of marketing management with my realistic work experience in SSCAC.
