In the research of moral field, the predecessor discovers that the moral judgments are not a purely rational process, and Green further puts forward the dual-process model of moral judgments, which is the result of the common judgment that moral judgment is the processing of the rational and the intuition system. At the same time, some people find that psychological distance and current physical and mental state have an undeniable influence on moral judgment. There are also research reports that psychological distance is closely related to current feelings and adjustments of physical and mental state and emotion.Based on the above results, this study boldly assumed that emotional potency, psychological distance and self-depletion had a common impact on moral judgment, and two experiments were designed to investigate separately.Experiment 1 Two-factor mixed experimental design with 3 emotional valence(positive vs neutral vs.negative)X 2 psychological distance(close friend vs.stranger),randomly select 104 subjects from Hunan Agricultural University to test their emotion,ISO scale to distinguish between psychological distance, moral dilemma to examine the moral test subjects.Results(1)The main effect of emotional valence was significant. The subjects with positive emotion had the highest moral score, and the difference between neutral and negative was not significant.(2)The main effect of psychological distance is significant.Compared to strangers, the scores given by the subjects to close friends are higher.(3)The interaction between emotional valence and psychological distance is significant, and there is no significant difference between each emotional group of close friends. For strangers, the moral score is highest in positive emotion, followed by neutrality and lowest in negative emotion. In positive and neutral Under the emotion, there is no significant difference between the moral scores of close friends and strangers.Under the negative emotion, the moral scores of the close friends are higher than those of the strangers.Experiment 2 The experimental design of two factors interrelated with emotional valence(positive vs neutral vs.negative)X 2 consumption type(depletion group vs.non-depletion group),194 subjects were randomly selected from Hunan Agricultural University Video start emotion,ISO scale distinguish psychological distance,Stroop task consumes the controlled resources of the subjects, moral dilemma examines subjects' moral judgment.Results(1)The main effect of emotional valence was significant. The scores of moral scores of participants in the negative emotion were the lowest, while the differences of the neutrality and the positive ones were not significant.(2)The main effect of loss type was significant, and the score of failure group was lower than that of non-failure group.(3)The interaction between emotional valence and type of consumption is significant. When the subjects are in the state of ego depletion, there is no significant difference between the emotion groups. When the subjects are in the ego depletion state, the moral scores are the highest in the positive emotion,The negative score was the lowest. In the negative and neutral sentiment, there was no significant difference in the moral scores between the failed group and the non-depletion group.Under the positive emotion, the moral score of the failure group was significantly lower than that of the non-exhaustive group. Conclusion 1,Emotional valence will affect the moral judgments, manifested as positive emotions to make moral judgments more tolerant, negative emotions make moral judgments more stringent. However, this effect is regulated by other factors.A closer psychology will weaken the influence of emotional potency on moral judgment.A lower level of self-control resources will also weaken the influence of emotional potency on moral judgment.2,psychological distance will affect the moral judgments, the specific performance of the psychological distance closer make moral judgment more forgiving, far psychological distance to moral judgment more stringent. However, negative emotions will increase the psychological distance of the impact of moral judgments.3,The level of self-control resources will affect the moral judgments. The concrete manifestation is that the higher level of self-control resources makes moral judgment more tolerant, and the lower level of self-control resources makes moral judgments more stringent. But positive emotions will enhance the impact of self-control on the moral judgments.
