ethnic characteristics and athletic style was formed.Looking at the major international and domestic events in recent years,the University of Sports Northern Lions team has won a lot of victories in a series of competitions,and has achieved many proud results.Its competitive level has become a typical representative of the level of high-level Northern Lion sports in China.In recent years,the promotion of national outstanding traditional culture has been vigorously promoted.The college sports Northern Lions sports team has also shouldered the important task of inheriting traditional ethnic sports and spreading excellent national culture.Therefore,under such an era background,it is very necessary to pay attention to the construction and development of college sports Northern lion sports teams.In this paper,the sports northern lion sports teams from 15 universities including Beijing Sport University,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Jimei University and Sichuan Normal University are taken as the research subjects,and Sichuan Normal University is taken as the case for analysis.The main methods are literature and questionnaire surveys.Research methods such as interviews,case analysis,and mathematical statistics were used to conduct a detailed investigation on the status quo of the construction of competitive northern squads in domestic universities.The shortages in their construction were found and feasible development strategies were explored for the domestic college sports northern lion sports team.The establishment and further development provide a certain same time,the number ofsports teams that participated in the competition was not enough to meet their development.It was also confirmed by the coaches.In addition to the factors of the school and the sports team themselves,the current status of the Long Lions sports team also has an impact on them.4 From the characteristics of the project and the injury rate of the athletes,it can be seen that the risk of the competitive northern lion sports is relatively high.This is highly valued by all universities and colleges.The rate of medical supplies and insurance equipment is relatively high,but in other respects,the situation of the sports team needs to be improved and training facilities are insufficient.The financial deficiencies have restricted the practice of sports teams.The funding sources of the sports teams are single.They rely mainly on school funding and have not fully exerted their own commercial value to expand their economic sources.The treatment of sports team personnel needs to be strengthened in terms of norms and expansion types.Management is pending.perfect.5 The College of Sports Northern Lions coaches have advantages in coaching the project.The coaches have an ideal age distribution.They have rich experience in sports and coaching.They have a high level of academic qualifications and referees.At the same time,their motivation is good.This group has its own
