SWOT Analysis Of The Market-oriented Development Of College Lion Dance Team In Yantai City

As Lion dance movement as the origin of the traditional Chinese culture in one of the most national characteristics of the sport,with its unique national charm and rich cultural connotation and profound historical and cultural heritage of the broad masses of the people loved.With the continuous improvement of China's socialist market economic system and the continuous development of China's national economy,the community on the lion dance of the traditional sports culture needs continue to increase.University as the school sports education the highest stage and social connection point is the sports culture inheritance and development of the important "apartment",for the protection and transmission of national traditional sports culture provides a good real environment.This paper analyzes the internal and external factors in the process of lion sports in Yantai colleges and universities by using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,expert interview and SWOT analysis,and draws the following conclusions:(1)colleges and universities have a sound teaching management system and scientific research system and a huge selection base,while college students in the lion dance performance participation more flexibility.(2)the lion team in the technical difficulty and ornamental and market development experience with the social lion team there is a gap;the same time the specificity of college student training and social lion team gap.(3)a strong economic base and market needs,while the improvement of China's socialist market economic system and the state to support the policy of college students entrepreneurship for the Yantai City,the lion market provides an external favorable conditions.(4)the competition between the social lion dance team and the similar celebration project,as well as the mobility of the lion students participating in the university,and the imbalance ofthe university sports' s attention to the traditional sports and competitive sports,etc.There is a threat to the development.In this paper,through the SWOT analysis on the basis of this study through the research and development of Yantai City,the development of lion dance strategy:First,give full play to the advantages of teaching management system,the establishment of lion dance elective courses or the establishment of lion dance sports associations,increase the lion culture propaganda,attract more college students to participate in the college lion team to provide more Reserve talent.Second,we should make full use of the advantages of scientific research in colleges and universities,innovative lion dance action,routines continue to enhance the performance of college lion dance team.Third,make full use of the advantages of colleges and universities,as well as the national policy advantage,the use of modern marketing tools,multi-channel,multi-means,multi-way,all-round promotion of university lion dance.Fourth,the lion team in the establishment of the lion lion management institutions,establish a sound organizational management system.
