Modern French composer,Fernande Decruck's "Sonata in C-Sharp for Alto Saxophone and Piano "is recognized as the one of the classical works on saxophone repertoire,it widely used for saxophone concert or saxophone teaching.The whole work is divided into four movements,melody beautiful and harmony colorful,and full of romantic atmosphere,the music also embodies many techniques of saxophone.On the basis of the biography of the composer,the background of creating this works and the music analysis,combine my own playing experience,this paper detailedly analyzes the performance method and playing techniques involved in the music.The article is divided into three parts.The first chapter summarizes the life of the composer Fernande Decruck,and interprets the creative background of this works,than analyzed the each movement of Sonata in C-Sharp for Alto Saxophone and Piano.The second chapter,followed by the playing techniques of each movements to do a detailed explanation,including emotional expression,phrase treatment,breathing adjustment,Liaisons and pronunciation changes,performance of mouth type,even The coordination of the teeth with the tongue,and so on.The third chapter,refines the difficulties and key points of playing techniques in this piece of music,and expounds my performance experience and daily practice methods.
