| French composer Fernande Decruck(1896-1954)wrote more than forty works for saxophone, but her music fell silent shortly after her death. In recent years, her Sonata(#C sonata)for alto saxophone and orchestra has been rediscovered and played on some international occasions. It was recorded at a famous Saxophone concert and is becoming a standard repertoire for Saxophone performers, educators and Saxophone students. In this study, the author intends to use literature collection, music analysis and other research methods to make ontological analysis of Sonata in # C from various perspectives, and then make a correct interpretation of the work by combining its own performance. The author will provide some breathing, technical reference and understanding suggestions for the performers who perform this work. |
