The novel “Red Rock”,which was published in December,1961,delivered noble spirits of the revolution in the time of political and cultural integration through the saga heroic stories of Jiang Jie?Yunfeng Xu and other characters,providing spiritual support for the social construction of new China.Thereafter,the creators have always maintained a high degree of enthusiasm for the adaption of the novel “Red Rock”,making the fact that some films?TVs?operations?dramas and paintings which have high relevance to the novel“Red Rock”emerge in an endless stream.This indicated that whatever the society changes,people's demands for“red spirits”will never reduced.However,due to the fact that the adaption of “Red Rock” have different social and historical drawbacks,the presented work also have distinct characterizes of the time,the spirit of “Red Rock” is constantly being endowed with new spiritual connotations.In this paper,we put the different versions of “Red Rock” in different contexts to do the investigation.By comparing the internal elements of each text,we find the rheological rule,and find out the cultural connotation and cultural logic behind the text and the phenomenon from the new perspective,as well as the cultural value significance of the text adaption.Introduction.first of all,considering the similarities and differences between the various series of the “Red Rock”,we put forward the basic research of the cross text study.Then we summarize the related research of“Red Rock”,and discuss the methods of cultural poetry and other research methods.Different text characters of the first chapter “Red Rock”: changes of the theme of “Red Rock”: First of all,we analyze the theme changes from the novel "Red Rock" to the movie which adapted from the novel as well as the three editions of TV dramas in different periods.The novel was personal rewrites under the organization of party,thus the history reality of the heroic themes historically rises to the lofty level,presenting a posture of political service;the film seeks to break through the simple sublime narrative,condensing the social spiritual strength with the realism revolutionary spirit;The three different TV versions gradually showed its heroism from returning human nature to emphasizing the writing of women's speech,showing the theme characteristics of the stage.Besides,although all the texts contains the same heroism theme,this theme is endowed with different spiritual cores because of the changes of the times.The thesis briefly summarizes the value of the different themes in the cultural level.Different text characters of the second chapter“Red Rock”:the theme of the text requires carrying different characters in the text,with the change of the times showing the distinctive characteristics of times,so on each person in the text image helps to reveal the theme of the text meaning.Because of the theme of heroism,the revolutionary hero has become the main body of the core of spirit in the novel.At the same time,in order to further highlight the spiritual essence of the revolutionary body,the novel has created an opposite character serving the revolutionary body.Therefore,this chapter selects heroic figures Jiang Jie,Liu Siyang and the opposite side spy chieftain and Fu Zhigao to explore their images and differences in different texts,and explore the reasons.In the novel,the revolutionary hero is given a higher mission through the pressure and set off of negative characters to achieve spiritual values,thus completing his main body position,showing the characteristics with grand masterpieces,while the opposite character presents an ugly image.With the changes of the times,revolutionary subjects and negative characters have gradually evolved towards humanity,complication,and diversification in the confrontation between the mass discourse and the mainstream discourse.Different text narrative strategy and rhetorical variations about the third chapters of the “Red Rock”: the text of the theme and character achieves through the realization of narrative strategies.Different texts present different narrative discourse,so the rhetoric revealed in the discourse.Firstly,the theme and personas of texts are realized through narrative strategies,and different texts present different narrative words,so the rules of rheology are revealed in discourse.Starting from the point of view and the perspective of narration,we analyze the relationship between viewpoint and power discourse and the rules of selection of circumstances in specific the“Red Spirits”,it's symbols and rhetoric in the text also show unique artistic values.Therefore,rhetoric and symbols make the text have more interpretation space and have deeper ideological connotations.This chapter explores the weather and costume symbolic images in the text,the presentation of rhetorical elements such as body and hero symbols in different texts,and the inheritance of different textual transmissions through changes in themes and contexts.The phenomenon and reason of rheology believe that in the adaptation of the“Red Rock”text,on the one hand,the creator wanted to inherit the revolutionary spirit of the classic text as much as possible,on the other hand,also wanted to achieve the aesthetic requirements of entertainment and adapt to the modern cultural context.Trying to implant the elements of national ideology in a hidden way,thus pursuing the purpose of transmitting social positive energy in a way of “edutainment”.
