Research On Dorshi's Thought And Characteristic Of Translation

Dorshi as a member of the contemporary Tibetan and Chinese translation circle,his translation works have been widely praised and recognized by the translators and readers,it is also one of the most authoritative,classic and best-selling Chinese readers in the Chinese circle.Dorshi also accumulated a lot of experience in the long-term translation practice,and put forward his original views and opinions on translation,which opened a new perspective for the study of Tibetan and Chinese translation.In addition,the unique translation method and pure Chinese expression of his translation also play a pioneering role in Tibetan-Chinese translation practice.Therefore,it is of great significance to study his translation ideas,styles and features for the translation field overall.Chapter one first gives a brief account of the life and academic achievements of Mr.Finally,a brief introduction to The Light of Translating Weeder,The Heart of Bodhi Road,The Selection and Translation of Tibetan People,and The Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism are briefly introduced four Tibetan and Chinese Contrast Works.The second chapter mainly analyzes the translation thoughts of polysemy, including his definition of translation,principles and standards of translation,translator's conditions,translation criticism,put forward the advanced nature and limitations of their views.The third chapter mainly examines the characteristics of his translation.First,the general characteristics of Dorshi's translation practice are analyzed in terms of the selection of the original text,the preface of the translator and the annotations added.Secondly,analyzes the different styles of the specific translation methods and translation features from texts of poetry and prose.On the incantation,from the lack of translation selection and translation methods,transliteration fonts are analyzed and summarized.In the poetry of songs,chanting hymns and speech according to the characteristics and requirements of the specific text is different,the usese of specific translation strategies are analyzed.The essay mainly analyzes the characteristics of the prose's explanatory translation,rationalization of the original contents,the general content of the original texts and the use of spoken language.The fourth chapter summarizes the translation achievements of Mr.multi knowledge,namely,the inspiration of his translation thoughts to translation theories,the guidance of translation works to translation practice,and the influence of translation works on the culture and society of target language.
