Research On Chinese Medical Documentary

Chinese medical documentary began late,but in recent years there has been a booming trend.In this study,the medical documentaries in China from 2014 to 2017 were taken as the main subjects.This paper analyzes the reasons for its rise and its development,and tries to make a simple stage division.It is divided into "the stage of consumption medical subject,as an example of the "Sheng Ming Yuan,as an example,"the pursuit of the objective reality stage,as an example of "The Story of Emergency Room",and the"more humanistic thinking stage,with "Life Matters" as an examplee is a creative preliminary results.On this basis,the contents and characteristics of Chinese medical documentary are analyzed and snllnarized.lt is divided into four categories:"focusing on medical first aid","focusing on critical and difficult cases treatment","focusing on health care for pregnancy and childbirth" and "focusing on the ideological and mental health of medical personnel",and then summarizes the "relative and complete process" of Chinese medical documentary film and the necessary departments.The three creative characteristics of "universal presentation","focusing on informed consent and medical ethics".On the basis of the analysis of many features of the Chinese medical doceunentary film,this paper also summarizes the characteristics of the China and North American Medical docxunentary films in the aspects of creative ideas and creative techniques,and makes a comparative analysis of the fact of seeking truth from facts,and on this basis,we have obtained the need for "more" in the creation of medical doctmentary films.These two implications are:reasonably weaving stories and strengthening ethics and legal consciousness.The paper mainly selects "Doctor","Hello Baby","Oath of Angels","In The Hospital's Story","The Story Of Emergency Room","Sheng Ming Yuan",”Life Matters","This Is Life","Boston Med"and"Emergency Room:Life + Death at VGH".By using the method of text analysis,eomparative analysis and so on,we use the knowledge of film aesthetics and narratology to analyze the development of Chinese medical documentary in recent years from the rise reasons,the choice of subject matter,the creation idea,the creative technique and the social significance.To explore how to develop and prevent risks in his works,and the social and cultural values of documentaries as medical subjects.
