Study On The Military Service In Hubei Prison During The Anti-Japanese War

Since the beginning of the War of Resistance against Japan,,the Nationalist Government has adopted various methods to clear prisons and improve prison administration in order to respond to the severe situation of the anti-Japanese war.Based on the information collected and the analysis of the current research situation,this paper intends to use prisoners as an admirer of the military service system to study the implementation of this system at the local level,through the command of the Hubei government's building,the prison's response and supervision.The study of guilty attitudes has taken a dynamic consideration of the political operation capabilities of the national government.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the full text is divided into four chapters to discuss.The first chapter mainly discusses the background of the implementation of the prisoners' transfer of military service.In the period of the War of Resistance against Japan,the Nationalist Government was facing a very serious situation.The geographical location of Hubei,which is located at the hub of the north and the south,was particularly important.The prisons were bombed by enemy aircraft and the prisoners'lives were not guaranteed.At the same time,many soldiers met with many Difficulties,,therefore,in this situation,the system of military service conversion emerged.The second chapter mainly discusses the legislation of the prisoners to transfer military service.In general,the prisoners' transition to the military service system has undergone a process from preliminary formulation to gradual revision and improvement.It began with the establishment of the Measures for the Wartime Intercommissioners'Transition to Military Service by the Military Commission and gradually went to the National Government to announce the unusual period.The Regulations for the Transfer of Military Service to Prisoners,and the process for the Military Commissioner to amend Article 3 of the Amendment to the Regulations for the Transfer of Military Service to Offenders during Unusual Periods,and in this process,they are constantly adjusted by instructions,reflecting the system from the side.Still not mature enough,new problems will inevitably arise.The third chapter mainly discusses the implementation of the prisoners' transfer of military service in Hubei.This chapter is the focus of this article.The system is often not as expected in the process of implementation,and new problems will inevitably emerge.Despite constant instructions and constant adjustments by various competent authorities,this system still encounters many new problems.The fourth chapter mainly elaborates the effect and problems that prisoners transferred to military service in Hubei.As Hubei was the main battlefield of the war of resistance,the prison encountered an extremely serious situation.
