Securities brokers because of high strength and unstable working mode has been high turnover,has negative impact on the organization to a certain extent,not only will increase the recruitment of enterprise training costs,will also affect the stability of the enterprise.Financial market downturn,lower economic income,career goal realization feeling more and more low,poor psychological quality level is likely to be on the employee's departure played their part.This article will securities brokers as the research object,adopt the way of questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis to investigate the relationship between the career goals and turnover intention,and mental toughness is adjusting effect between them.A total of380 valid questionnaires were collected,and descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were carried out for the obtained data using SPSS statistical software.The result of data analysis shows that:(1)The achievement of the external career goal of the stockbroker is significantly lower than that of the internal career goal.(2)There is a negative correlation between career goal achievement and turnover intention,among which the negative relationship between the externalcareer goal realization and the turnover intention is greater than the internal career goal realization and turnover intention.(3)Mental toughness plays an important role in adjusting the career goal realizationand turnover intention.(4)The mental toughness has a moderating effect between the external career goal realization and the turnover tendency.When the level of individual mental toughness is low,the effect of the external career goal on the turnover tendency is not significant.When the level of individual mental toughness is high,the effect of external career goal on turnover tendency is significant.(5)Mental toughness has a moderating effect between career goal realization and turnover tendency.When the individual mentaltoughness level is low,the internal career goal realization has a significant effect on the turnover tendency.When the level of individual mental toughness is high,the effect of internal career goal realization on turnover tendency is not significant.Finally,the results are discussed,at the same time,the author points out the innovation points,research shortcomings and research prospects of this paper,and the results of the study put forward a series of management advice,in order to provide some of securities of the company's human resources management practice reference.
