The "ritual" culture is the background of Chinese culture. The Book of Rites is the core classic for explaining the "three rites".Its ethical ideology and cultural studies have made many achievements. In ancient times, poetry, music and dance were a trinity, and music was a comprehensive art.In recent years, the study of the literary aesthetics thoughts in the Book of Rites has gradually emerged, but most of them focus on the Book of Music, lacking the overall refining of literary and art theories. The value of literary and artistic aesthetics in the Book of Rites, which are called the"Neutral view",the "Content and Form view" and the "Emotion-oriented view",have a far-reaching impact. This article uses them as research objects, focusing on its aesthetic expression, aesthetic characteristics, ideological origins and substantive meanings. On the basis of the text of the Book of Rites, with the ancient authoritative annotation as an important reference, the research methods of induction, combing, comparison, citation, and exploration are adopted, and the major literary aesthetic ideas of the entire Book of Rites are sought to be fully tapped. With regard to the concept of Neutral view in the Book of Rites, this article first analyzes the harmony of heaven and man and the harmony of mind and body, explains it's connection with literary thought, and explores the hidden aesthetic standards:the moderation use and the adaptation to moderation.Secondly, the origin of the concept of neutrality is analyzed, from the "moderation advocation" and the"harmony advocation " thoughts in the pre-Qin period to the theory of Confucius Zhongyong,in the Book of Rites, the concept of Neutral view was basically established. Moreover, the "Neutral view" in Book of Rites is not only the highest aesthetic realm, but the theoretical source of the gentle and honest style, and it is also used as an aesthetic principle in the literary criticism. The "beauty" is the fundamental aesthetic trait of Neutral view and its influence is profound on the aesthetic ideological tradition of literature and art and the construction of contemporary literary theory and practice. With regard to the "Content and Form view"of the Book of Rites, this article first analyzes the "Content and Form view" of "ritual" and the "Content and Form view" of music under the background of the culture of ritual and music, and summarizes the aesthetic characteristics of the excellence both in the content and form and the harmony of content and form.It has influenced the aesthetic tradition of the combination of content and form.Secondly,by analyzing the source of "literature"and "quality" and the theory of "balance of content and form",this paper analyzes the origin of the "Content and Form view" in the Book of Rites. The "Content and Form view" of the Book of Rites not only pursues the truth in the content, but also advocates simple and natural style. It is essence of the nature of art of Confucianism, and seeking "truth" is its aesthetic essence. With regard to the "Emotion-oriented view" of the Book of Rites,"music'generation by the heart" explains the generation theory of Confucian art.And that literature and art are emotional carriers and external forms. The "emotion" in "the Book of Rites" has the meaning of faithfulness, truth, feelings, and desire. The evolution from the original meaning of "emotion" to the poetic education of "poetry express ambition"is an important theoretical basis for the "Emotion-oriented view"."Emotion-oriented view" of the Book of Rites can counteract the human heart, state religion and ethics in the artistic function,it is the theoretical basis of the"romantic poetry" theory, embodying the truth and freedom of emotion, but the emotion will be based on goodness, even to the utmost goodness, its aesthetic essence is still "goodness."...
