Urban workplace female drama which takes young white-collar women in the office as themain object,focus on the struggle course in the workplace,shows the situation of women in theworkplace and the spirit of independence has become a phenomenon of television culture that cannot be ignored.It can be said that urban workplace female drama has formed their own uniquecreative modes and aesthetic characteristics both in quantity and in quality.Urban workplace femaledrama is not only a reflection and reflection of the real life,but also an inevitable result of conforming to the trend of historical development.It has brought entertainment and diversion,buthas also become the forefront of discussions about social morality,social weathering and thedevelopment of woman’s workplace survival.Taking new century urban workplace female drama for research objects,this paper hasrespectively analyzed and studied the contents and forms of urban workplace female drama from itsgeneral conditions.Chapter one described the general situation of new century urban workplace female drama;the second chapter summed up the meaning of the theme;Chapter Three exploredthe image of the characters in the play.Chapter four analyzed the narrative features.In this paper,there are two main innovations.At first,combining the analysis and comparison with other sister dramas,it scientifically define the concept of "new century urban workplace female drama",which has certain theoretical and literature value.Second,it adopted the knowledge of many subjects such as film science,television science,literature and art,aesthetics,sociology and communication,and assisted by multiple theoretical tools to build a comprehensive three-dimensional research system.
