Intangible cultural heritage is a tradition passed down from generation to generation in the process of human civilization's inheritance,and it is a kind of non-renewable precious wealth.In recent years,as a special tourism resource,intangible cultural heritage has continuously increased its relevance with tourism development,and has gradually become inseparable.The trend of intangible cultural heritage in tourism has become increasingly significant.The current study pays too much attention to the economic benefits brought by the development of intangible cultural heritage tourism,and ignores the social benefits of intangible cultural heritage tourism development.Traditional manual craftsmanship is the category of intangible cultural heritage that has a relatively high degree of commercial color.The degree of concern and dependence on the market is relatively high,and economic characteristics are more obvious.Therefore,the social benefits generated by tourism development should arouse widespread concern.In this paper,by referring to the relevant benefit evaluation index system and combining the characteristics of traditional handicraft intangible cultural heritage,the expert survey method is used to determine the tourism development social benefit evaluation index system of traditional handicraft intangible cultural heritage,taking into account the different tourist areas.The differences in the development basis may affect the scientific nature of its social benefits evaluation,introduce the basic factors system of social benefits of traditional handicraft cultural heritage tourism development,and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the evaluation index system.Based on the evaluation index system of traditional handicrafts and Intangible cultural heritage tourism development and social benefit evaluation,a single traditional handicraft art category intangible cultural heritage tourism development social benefit evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the development level of tourism development social benefit in a certain tourist destination;A comparative evaluation model of social benefits in a tourist area,using the comparison of the total value of social benefits to complete the comparison of the level of social benefits,using the basic values of social benefits calculated by the basic factor system to unify the development bases of multiple tourist areas,and then making a comparative evaluation of the development efficiency of social benefits.Changsha Tongguanyao Scenic Area and Xi'an Yongxingfang Scenic Area were selected as the case sites to verify the traditional tourism skills intangible cultural heritage tourism development social benefit evaluation model.Data were collected through questionnaire surveys,their evaluation values were obtained by fuzzy evaluation method,and the total value of social benefits was comprehensively evaluated.The reference value was compared with the total value of social benefits of traditional handicraft cultural heritage tourism development.The results showed that The social benefits of Yongxingfang are at a good level.The social benefits of Changsha Tongguanyao scenic spot are at a general level,and the social benefit development level of Yongxingfang Square is better than that of Tongguanyao scenic spot.After introducing the revised parameters to unify the development basis of the two,a comparative study of its social benefit correction value found that the revised social benefit value of Tongguanyao scenic spot is greater than that of Yongxingfang scenic spot,that is,the social benefit development of Tongguanyao scenic spot.The efficiency is greater than the Yongxingfang area,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual development of the scenic area.
