Problems And Countermeasures Of Developing Grassroots Public Cultural Services In Characteristic Towns

"People's yearning for a better life is our goal." On the morning of November 15,2012,Xi Jinping,who was elected General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,solemnly promised the world.High quality public cultural service is an important part of people's beautiful life.Since the party's eighteen major convening,the Central Party Central Committee,taking chairman Xi Jinping as the core,will accelerate the construction of the modern public culture service system into the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,so that the key goals,tasks and channels of the construction of the public cultural service system at the stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way are clearer.The cultural departments at all levels and the public cultural units must strengthen their own "Four Consciousness",and put innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing to real place.In 2020,the strategic goal of "the basic construction of public cultural service system" is the center,and the promotion of the standardization and equalization of basic public cultural services is taken as a comprehensive push.The main task of the reform is to accelerate the construction of a modern public cultural service system that covers urban and rural areas,convenient and efficient,basic and fair,and the public cultural undertakings have entered a new period of vigorous development.The nineteen major reports put forward the strategy of "Rural Revitalization".The No.1 document issued by the Central Committee of the Central Committee in 2018 is also the "opinion of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the implementation of Rural Revitalization",which is deployed in the 12 parts of the implementation of this strategy.The part of "flourishing and prospering rural culture and radiating the new meteorology of rural civilization" is to be strengthened in the rural areas.Ideological and moral construction,inheritance and development,enhance the rural excellent traditional culture,strengthen the construction of rural public culture,and carry out the practice of changing habits and customs.This paper,based on the basic public culture service in Zhejiang,first proposed the development of "characteristic town" as the main line,in view of the development status of the public culture of the town of Zhejiang ancient weir-home of painting,from the theoretical research,practical experience,problem research,and Countermeasures to carry out a comprehensive analysis.Through the study,it is found that there are many places to learn in the cultural orientation,service standardization and equalization in the town of ancient weir painting,but there are also some shortcomings.Therefore,it is necessary to renew the public culture service concept,remould the public culture service system,improve the public culture service mechanism,and innovate the public culture service technology and so on.
