The Study Of Wu Zeli's Poetry

Based on Wu Zeli's life experiences and combing the research at the Peking University in archaic literature research laboratory,where his poems were collected and reorganized.The study analysis of the existing 189 poems of his collection,it tries to show the life experience and poetry achievements of Wu Zeli.The thesis is divided into three parts.The three aspects are Wu Zeli's life experience,the ideological content and artistic achievement,to research completely about the study of Wu Zeli and his poetry.The first chapter reviews Wu Zeli's life background,life experience and intercourse.Wu Zeli lived in the late Northern Song Dynasty and his birth place was now in Yangxin County,Hubei Province.Although the year of death(1121)is known,the year of birth is unknown.He has had ups and downs in the career frustration of life,due to the involvement of Yuanyou party,he was banished form the court.Wu Zeli made friends with many contemporaneous peots,including the Buddha,the Northern Song Dynasty famous poet Chen Shidao,Tang Geng who was known as "little Su Dongpo",Han Ju,Liao Zhengyi and s o on.The second chapter discusses the ideological content of Wu Zeli's poetry.Wu Zeli's poems are mainly divided into six kinds: 115 poems which are mainly to send for friends.We have to classify this category poems for three little kinds:one send for ordinary friends;the other send for Buddha;the third for seeing friends off to jion in the army,which we can also called farewell poems.The ideological content in poetry mostly like a portrayal of the poet's inner self,those poems express the profound s entiments of friendship and frustrated ambition.There are 75 poems for his life leisure,the poet mainly recorded daily life modality and leisurely and comfortable life scene.there are 13 pecieces poems to Yongwu poetry,they show the author enjoying the animal and plant;The Buddha Poetry included in 21 poems,he was demoted when he was banished from the court,and then he became a hermit,he wort the poet to express career depressed and frustrated in life then to seek calm and peaceful in his inner heart by Buddhism;other poems 26.In all of the poems,we can see the poet's ambition to build up his establishment,feel the deep friendship between friends,we can also feel sad in the depth of his heart.We can have visible scene about a scholar's selderly daily life,feel his pleasant mood when he enjoyed natural scenery.The third chapter discusses the artistic achievements of Wu Zeli's poetry.Wu Zeli's poetry has a high artistic achievement,his poetry includes Metrical Verse and quatrain,and there are Ciyun poems and long poems in regulatde verse in his poetry.lyric poetry is a fusion of feelings with the scenery depicted and the emotions expressed in perfect harmony.The poet also skillfully uses a variety of writing skills of rhetoric,he is good at using allusions to express his meaning,also cleverly use of metaphor,personification flexible,his poems have neat antithesis,use reduplication or reduplicated words to make poetry rhyme beauty.His poems about Buddha use many words of Buddhism.Wu Zeli's poetry shows two different styles,one is undertone for his hard and down life,express frustrated feelings;the other in fresh and elegant for scenery and yongwu poet.His poetry present a whole appearance as moving and tragic in the idle.
