Opera is not only a folk art,but also a comprehensive art.A play is presented on the stage of opera without writers,directors,actors,dance,lighting,character stylists and other departments of the collective efforts and cooperation of the whole team.If the writer is the foundation,actor is the main body,then the director is the bridge connecting departments.At present,there are many new modern operas and drama works which participate in awards every year,but few of them can play as well as traditional operas.In recent years,opera " big production"," drama and singing" phenomenon is also emerge in endlessly,which has important relationship with the lag of theoretical research and drama,film and television director cross-border.At present,the lack of drama director leads to the imbalance of director theory research.the research on drama director art can promote the development of drama art better and faster.Zhang manjun,an actor of Gannan tea-picking opera,is one of the representatives of " outstanding director of the new century" in China.Her directing art and style are influenced by folk music,folk dance,folk customs and so on.She insisted on inheriting and innovating the development concept of opera,returned to the noumenon of opera art,explored the modernization of opera art,and integrated modern spirit and character into stage works.During her more than 20 years of directing career,she directed nearly 50 opera works,and always insisted on applying traditional opera aesthetics to stage art practice.when directing local opera works,she adhered to the characteristics of opera and prevented the " typification" of opera.In view of the relationship between performance,she introduced the form of small theater into Beijingopera,changing the audience's psychological distance,so that the audience's visual experience is enhanced.She constantly explores,practices,innovates and breaks through the director's road,explores the integration of tradition and modernity,and explores the modern road of opera.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the art of Zhang Manjun director,to sort out the transition from actor to director,to sum up the particularity of his view of opera and drama,and to analyze and generalize his distinctive directing style combined with his stage works.Zhang Manjun pays attention to human nature and the adaptation of outstanding literary works.In her second creation,she respects the original work,through creative directing techniques,integrates the individual creative idea,embodies the spirit and the main idea of the original work;in cooperation with the actors,she insists on the combination of experience and performance.Inspire the actors' creative inspiration by teaching them through words and deeds.In her work,through the song team dance team to create narrative The scene of singing and dancing forms a distinctive narrative style of new singing and dancing.In her works,the theme song runs through the whole play,drives the emotion,interprets the whole play's gist,explores the diversified expression of the works,and draws lessons from and reflections on the "typological" works.This paper tries to combine the art of opera director with the aesthetic principle of traditional opera,and make an objective and accurate evaluation of the art of Zhang Manjun director through concrete works,which will provide useful reference for the study of the art of opera in the future.
