Dance is an art that expresses the beauty of the human body as a constituent material.To make the human body rich in expressiveness and appeal,it is necessary to train the human body for long-term capabilities.Flexibility refers to the ability to increase the range of motion when doing an action.It is a basic ability that a dancer must possess.Good flexibility can not only enable the dancers to control their own body,promote the development of other basic abilities,improve their emotional expression,but also promote muscle relaxation and prevent physical injuries.On the contrary,it will not only affect the exertion of other basic capabilities,but also cause different degrees of damage to joints,ligaments,and muscles.Therefore,mastering scientific and effective flexibility training methods is very important in dance flexibility training."Relaxation" is also called "relaxation." Including the human body's mental relaxation and physical relaxation,manifested as a person's psychological and physical process from tight to loose,that is,the ability to control the transformation of the body's physical and mental tension.Flexible flexibility training requires long-term,conscious training to achieve a habit."Relaxation" is very important for any art.It includes physical and mental relaxation.In dance art,dancers who reach a certain level have their own understanding and feelings of "relaxation." Relaxation is a kind of ability and a kind of realm.It is not a simple vocabulary but a feeling that is gradually realized in long-term training and practice.The relaxation in dance flexibility training requires continuous development.It also requires the dancers to have a certain amount of willpower and patience.This is a training process in which the dancers continue to introspect themselves.This article focuses on the method and role of flexibility relaxation training to carry out thinking and exploration.I hope to understand the physical physiology of the human body through physiology,anatomy,training and psychology,and explore the scientific training methods.The dancer's flexibility can be trained and improved to a certain extent.In order to ensure the effect of flexibility training,to a certain extent,to reduce the training damage caused by insufficient dancer activity or incorrect force.
