Mindfulness is a conscious state of consciousness with conscious attention to momentary experience(Brown&Ryan,2003),and Mindfulness Training(MT)is used to achieve this kind of mindfulness or it is a kind of scaffolding to obtain this skill(Kabat-Zinn,2005),Mindfulness training includes techniques such as meditation, body scans, breathtaking views, and mindfulness walking.Early mindfulness training aims to relieve chronic pain and improve the physical and mental well-being of individuals. It is then gradually used to research and improve individuals' cognitive functions, addictive behaviors, and other fields.Mobile Phone Dependence(MPD),also known as Mobile Phone Addiction or Mobile Phone Overuse,is an addictive behavior caused by the overuse of mobile phones. To a certain degree,MPD have harmed the psychological and social functions of mobile phone dependents and affected their normal lives.Based on the study of mobile phone dependence on mobile phone-dependent college students,mobile-phone cravings and suppression, the study designed two active training methods to actively intervene on dependence behaviors of mobile phone-dependent college students, thereby reducing their dependence on mobile phones. The study is divided into two parts.530 undergraduates in our school were surveyed for smart phone addiction questionnaires.Statistical analysis was performed on the scores of the questionnaires.Finally,50 mobile phone dependents were selected, and 35 non-mobile phone dependent participants participated in the behavioral experiment of Study 1.Through the suppression function task, the mobile phone craving measurement task, and the mind awareness meter,we examined the inhibitory function of mobile phone dependents, the level of mindfulness, and the craving for mobile phones.Study 2 focuses on college students who rely on mobile phones to carry out two kinds of active intervention studies, and compare the intervention effects of these two intervention programs on college students' mobile phone dependence, and compare them with non-intervention groups.Research indicates:Study 1:(1)The dependence level of mobile phones is related to the general suppression control ability.Compared with non-dependent group participants, the general suppression function of the mobile phone dependent group was worse, and the mobile phone-related suppression function was also worse.(2)Compared with.non-reliant group participants, mobile phone dependence group had higher levels of craving for mobile phones and lower awareness of mindfulness.Research 2:(1)Mindfulness training improves the level of mindfulness of mobile phone dependents.(2)Mindfulness.training effectively reduces mobile phone dependence and craving levels of mobile phone dependents.(3)Compared with active cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness training effectively reduces the mobile phone use time of mobile phone dependents. This study explores the level of mobile phone dependence of college students on mobile phone dependence, mobile phone craving and suppression features, and uses the APP recording the duration of mobile phone as an objective indicator to measure the level of dependence on the test mobile phone. At the same time, carry out two active training program interventions for mobile phone dependenc college students. It was found that mindfulness training and cognitive behavioral therapy can both reduce the dependence level of mobile phone dependents on mobile phones, and compared with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness training eventually reduced mobile phone dependents objective mobile phone use time.
