In the "13th Five-Year Plan" for the development of national education,it is clearly stated that primary and secondary schools in China must "promote cooperative inquiry learning." In response to the country's call,many primary and secondary schools in China have used the cooperative learning model to teach and have achieved good teaching results in different disciplines such as Chinese,English,mathematics,sports,and ideology.In terms of reading,a large amount of literature shows that the cooperative learning model is particularly effective in Chinese and English reading teaching.In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,the cooperative learning model has achieved some research results,but it is still in its infancy and has not yet formed a complete theoretical system.There are many problems worthy of study.This article is based on the use of the cooperative learning model in primary and secondary schools in China.Based on the teaching of advanced class students from the International Education Institute of Shandong Normal University,the cooperative learning model is applied to advanced Chinese reading teaching for foreign students and teaching design.First of all,it analyzes in detail the components of advanced Chinese reading teaching design for international students under the cooperative learning model.Then,taking the example of “giving you a little color” as an example,the cooperative learning model is used to design the advanced Chinese reading for foreign students.Finally,the teaching design results are applied to advanced Chinese reading teaching for international students at the International Education Institute of Shandong Normal University.The applicability of the cooperative learning model in advanced Chinese reading teaching for foreign students is discussed.Problems and shortcomings in the teaching design are introspected and feasibility suggestions are proposed..Instructional design is a very important part of the teaching process.It is also true in teaching reading Chinese as a foreign language.This paper uses cooperative learning as a theoretical basis to analyze the various elements of teaching design and conduct teaching practice.It is confirmed that the cooperative learning model works well in the advanced Chinese reading teaching for foreign students.Through cooperative learning,the level of Chinese reading for foreign students has greatly improved,Chinese reading interest has become more intense,and the emotional exchanges between teachers,students,and students have been strengthened.In addition,the cooperative learning model has higher requirements for international students and Chinese teachers.International students' Chinese proficiency,cooperative ability,background differences,cognitive styles,and preparation before class will all affect the effectiveness of cooperative learning.Teachers need to consider comprehensively in terms of group formation,task development,summarization and evaluation.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,introducing the reasons for the topic selection and the significance of the research;the status of research at home and abroad for cooperative learning;the content,objectives,methods of research,difficulties in research,and innovation.The second chapter is the concept definition and theoretical basis.It mainly introduces the concept of cooperative learning and Chinese reading and the four main theoretical foundations of cooperative learning.They are humanism theory,constructivism theory,group dynamics theory and demand hierarchy theory.The third chapter is the overall design of advanced Chinese Reading Teaching for foreign students based on cooperative learning model.It analyzes the teaching object,teaching situation,teaching objectives,teaching content,curriculum organization,learning test,teaching evaluation and so on.The fourth chapter is based on the cooperation learning model of foreign students reading advanced Chinese teaching design case.Take the example of "giving you a little color" as an example,the cooperative learning model is used to design the advanced Chinese reading for foreign students.It is mainly divided into three stages: cooperative preparation,pre-reading,implementation in class,and evaluation after class.The fifth chapter is the reflection and suggestion of cooperative learning reading teaching.Finally,it is the conclusion part,which introduces the research conclusion,gains and shortcomings.
