With the coming of new era of new economy,Internet and big data,market competition becomes more intense,customer demand becomes more diversified and individualized.The challenge of Internet marketing is becoming more and more obvious.The innovation of mass entrepreneurship has activated the vitality of the market,and the new format and new mode of operation are not poor.The internal and external operating environment of traditional enterprises has changed greatly.On the one hand,many new opportunities appear.On the other hand,the original technology,equipment and personnel advantages are lost in the enterprise.Capital,scale and high capacity are replaced by small scale,individualized customization and flexibility.Product update and iteration are speeding up,the quality of service is higher and higher,and the efficiency of decision-making is faster and faster.The traditional way of management is facing challenges,and the transformation of management and organization is imminent.Taking market and customer demand as the guidance,exploring and implementing the new operation mode is the only way for the company to get the development.This paper,taking D culture and creative company as a case,explores the operation practice of the simulation profit center under the influence of user demand orientation and product update iteration in the Internet age.It breaks through the traditional management mode,implements a great change in organization mode,and establishes a support system and management center around the profit center operation.Over strengthening strategic control,financial control and system construction,and promoting the rapid development of our company,we have achieved great progress in efficiency and breakthroughs in our company's management.This paper is divided into 6 chapters,the 1-2 chapter is divided into introduction and theoretical basis,which includes the background,significance and present situation of the study.It also explains the research ideas,contents and methods of this paper.On the basis of the definition of several key concepts,the paper discusses the related theories,and the 3-5 chapter is the main part of the article,This paper introduces the base board of D culture and creative company,analyzes the operation and control of the simulated profit center,and puts forward some measures to further improve the operation effect.
