| Wang Zengqi's novels have always attracted attention in the academic world.His novels have warm memories as well as profound critiques.Overall,however,Wang Zengqi's novels are known for their “harmony”.He has repeatedly stressed that what he seek was not deep,but harmony.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of how to display harmony in Wang Zengqi's novels and to explore the connotation of the thought in his works.This article mainly through Wang Zengqi's life experience,the novel text,he literary thought to Wang Zengqi's literary creation to conduct a complete and systematic comb.The harmony in Wang Zengqi's novels is mainly analyzed from three parts,of the self,of man,of heaven,to explore how Wang Zengqi display his harmony with the self,the society and the nature.Harmony between oneself and oneself is mainly embodied in the natural comfort of the characters' human instinct,the spiritual state outside nature and the insistence on self-pursuit and ideal in the chaotic world.The harmony of the people is mainly manifested in the mutual respect between people and the help of the watch,which makes Wang Zengqi's novels construct a warm human world.Harmony in heaven is mainly expressed in the perfect fusion of emotion and scenery and people and objects,so as to reach the spirit realm of “harmony between man and nature” advocated in Chinese traditional culture.This article attempts to analyze Wang Zengqi's short stories in detail and indepth analysis in order to restore Wang Zengqi's pursuit of harmony in the creation of novels so that the reader can fully understand Wang Zengqi's literary ideal,and his unique thoughts on humanity and nature. |
