A Study On The Documents Of Tibetan Writ From Dunhuang

Civil Litigation was a mirror of the social phenomenon of the time,reflecting the right of the Tibet Dynasty to appeal to the higher government on the social and practical issues of the ruling of the Tibet Empire over the Dunhuang Dunhuang region,and the superior government in the political system at the appropriate solution to the civil problems,reflected the social system at that time.Although the Tibet Literature in Dunhuang is extensive and rich,so far there is a preliminary study on the civil pleadings in the literature of Dunhuang Tibet,one or two papers in the research literature also mainly studied the time of the emergence of social history and literature,and the study of the content and classification of litigation have not been seen.In view of the lack of research in this field,this paper classifies P.T.1077 and P.T.1081,P.T.1078 and P.T.1297,P.T.1096 and P.T.1084 and P.T.1080 and P.T.1079 in the Tibet literature of Dunhuang,first of all,the concept and function of litigation,and the time of the appearance of the litigation documents,then the contents of the litigation documents are studied and discussed! The eight recent documents in the Tibet Literature in Dunhuang are classified into four categories.The first is the slave trade documents(P.T.1077 P.T.1081 and P.T.1079).The second category is land disputes,(P.T.1078 and P.T.1297)the third type of document(P.T.1096 and P.T.1084)the fourth category is the adoption of female infants(P.T.1080),which explores and studies the social and historical background and Political System.
