Trade facilitation has always been the hot topic in the international market.The essence of trade facilitation is to cut through the rules and procedures involved in the trade between the countries and regions,and to promote the circulation of global trade.The world trade organization(WTO)has always been committed to promoting market liberalization and trade liberalization among member states.Since the 2008 financial crisis,countries have been attaching more importance to international trade and hoping to promote investment and economic recovery.Therefore,trade facilitation has been promoted again.In the "OBOR" strategy,cultural exchange and cultural products trade historically has been the main content of the silk road,which makes our country culture industry rapid development.Cultural products exports gradually become a new bright spot of China’s foreign trade export.Based on the current national strategy,this paper aims to explore the influence of trade facilitation on the export of China’s core cultural products under the background of "One Belt and One Road",which is different from other scholars’ studies.Using principal component analysis(PCA)and set up a system of trade facilitation measure the level of trade facilitation(TFL),measure along the countries(including China,a total of 46 countries)degree of trade facilitation,comparative analysis of trade facilitation level of high and low impact on a country’s trade in goods qualitative.With general gravity model based on the introduction of explanation and virtual variables,this paper builds the model of regression analysis to test the trade facilitation effect on China’s core cultural products exports,deeply analyzes the factors of the population scale,the degree of economic openness,facilitation of index,shared border,the role of the economic organizations and other factors on the trade. |
