Research On Talent Cultivation Of College Sports Dance In Henan Province

Colleges and universities are important venues for the output of sports dance talents,and the talent training program is a vane for talent training in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities set up courses according to social needs,and at the same time college education feeds back to society.This article uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the inductive summing method,etc.,analyzes the talent training situation and social needs of the college sports dance in Henan Province,and analyzes the needs of the students.The sports dance of 8 colleges and universities affiliated with the Institute of Physical Education in Henan Province Students,teachers,and sports and dance workers conducted surveys.Based on the connection between students' actual needs and the supply of school education,they identified shortages of personnel training in sports dance in colleges and universities in Henan Province in order to improve the setting of training programs for sports dance.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The training goal is to embody the commonality and individuality.Emphasizing the cultivation of innovative abilities is consistent with the National Standard for Teaching Quality of Dance Profession,but the training direction is relatively simple.2.The general education curriculum pays more attention to the cultivation of students' political ideology,morality,and tools and knowledge,while it lacks the cultivation of humanities,social sciences,and education.In addition,the four institutions lacked the study of military theory,and there was a deviation from the requirements of the "National Standard" for public basic courses and general education courses on cultural theory and comprehensive literacy.3.Among the 8 colleges and universities in Henan Province,1 is mainly engaged in physical education courses,2 are mainly arts courses,and there are no obvious differences between the 5 other sports colleges and arts courses.Relatively less prominent.However,the opening of such courses as dance training and dance anatomy can maximize the integration of sports dance techniques and theories.4.In addition to Henan University,none of the elective credits in the province's college sports dance courses has reached the 880 class hours and 50 credits required for the elective course.5.The cultivation of colleges and universities in Henan Province conforms to the requirements of the “Course Project” in terms of educational practice and scientific research practice,but the focus is different in social practice.In addition to Nanyang Normal University's graduation report related to sports dance,the practice activities of other schools did not reflect the characteristics of sports dance direction;6.The employment situation of sports dance is a unity of opportunities and challenges.The employment prospects are good.However,there are a series of problems in the implementation process.There is a connection and difference between the training programs of colleges and universities and the needs of employers.7.The curriculum setting of colleges and universities in Henan Province does not meet the requirements of the "National Standard" for public basic courses,professional basic courses,professional backbone courses and practical teaching content.
