Most of the teachers think threetimes a week of professional technology that is to say108hours per semester, can satisfy the needs ofteaching.3. Colleges and universities are short of sports dance teachers, the proportion of male and female teachers also not too coordination, and the statistics of the age of25to36sports dance teachers accountedfor more than half of the total number of investigation, the title structure is not very optimistic at the sametime. In the sports dance teachers surveyed, the highest title for associate professor accounts for only7.2%of the total number survey,50%of the teachers who are surveyed are lectures, another referee rank for theinternational sports dance teachers accounted for only7%, no level of21%. The overall level of sportsdance teachers needs to improve.4.
