The Social Gender Perspective On Female Marriage In The Republic Of China

Women's magazine,as a female publication founded in 1915 by the commercial press,has the commercial pursuit of profit and the mission of cultural construction.On the other hand,it records the transformation of women's life and values in the early period of the Republic of China.The magazine advocates the new concept of love based on love,which has a great enlightening role for new women in the Republic of China.The new female refers to the new wisdom in the period of the Republic of China mixed with old traditions,new ideas mixed with old ideas,independent but with the dependent women.In this paper,on the structure is divided into four parts,the first part summarizes the founding background and the journal of women's magazines,combing magazine seventeen years in the course of the change of the content,form and the turning of the editor,magazine readers effect and the spread of ideas.In the second part,from the perspective of women,this paper discusses the pursuit of women in the issue of marriage.Due to the level of social and historical development,economic and political system,social and cultural backgrounds will affect marriage concept,representing the Chinese women,with the traditional opinions about love and do the old and new comparative analysis with female opinions about love and reason analysis.The third part,from the perspective of men,discusses how men in the Republic of China think about women's marriage.Trace the tradition of male to female marriage attitude.China has always been the patriarchal society,investigate the attitudes of men look at women dating and views with male to female opinions about love and evolution of the Republic of China,and analyze the cause of male view evolution.The fourth part from the gender perspective,through the study of Zheng Zhenxun divorce events and shu-chun Chen remarried,contrast analysis of male and female differences in treating women marriage problems,combining with the social background,from the binary opposition of gender and social deep mechanism to explore the reasons behind the gender differences,changes with women is analyzed on the opinions about love and the impact of the women themselves and society.The interweaving of traditional and modern factors has made the new women's attitudes towards marriage and marriage in the early period of the people have complicated faces.Although new women have accepted the new concept of marriage and love,their traditional ideology has not been eradicated,and many women have died in pursuit of free marriage and traditional cages.Under the traditional gender system,it is difficult for new women to achieve self-liberation.Under the guise of with men in advocating the new opinions about love in an attempt to establish new male-dominated gender order,the new shape the image of women in marriage concept is imagination and shape to women,not from the condition of women consider,therefore cannot lead women to liberation,the liberation of the women of the Republic of China and can't hope on men,they only by constantly strengthen themselves,strengthen female subject consciousness at the same time slowly to seek the road to liberation.In a word,women's marriage liberation is full of thorns and a long way to go,it needs women's own unremitting efforts to obtain.Under the social gender perspective,and not from the perspective of equality between men and women to look at from the perspective of the patriarchal culture publication content,men as a comparison of variables involved,to highlight the position and role of the women in love,marriage problems of active part.Comparison and analysis of men's and women's thought from the newspaper,the male of thought and action of dislocation,new women from seemingly passive actually is to use action to "voice",efforts to build their own discourse space,to explore the women in the initiative and self-consciousness in the process of emancipation,more real reduction by marriage problems women of the Republic of China.
