With the rapid development of the Internet era,a new type of bullying, cyberbullying, has emerged in people's lives.cyberbullying as a negative life event will have a serious impact on people's physical and mental health and development.Teenagers are at an important stage in their lives.Their physical and mental aspects are not yet mature. They are more vulnerable to cyberbullying, which makes parents, schools and other social circles worry about it.The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the three variables of cyberbullying, social anxiety and cognitive emotion regulation strategies in the Internet, that is,the role of cognitive emotion regulation strategies as an internal psychological resource in cyberbullying and social anxiety. In addition,on the basis of empirical research, through the development of specific and feasible group counseling programs,it is explored whether improving the cognitive-emotional control strategy can alleviate the social anxiety level of bullied teenagers on the Internet, and provide effective intervention measures for future youth online bullying and after-effects.In the first study,a questionnaire survey was conducted in a middle school in Wuhan City.396 students were surveyed on their online bullying experience, cognitive emotion regulation strategy and social anxiety level, and the relationship between the three was analyzed.Based on the data of the study 1,Study 2 ranked the scores of cyberbullying, cognitive emotion regulation strategies, and social anxiety from high to low, which resulted in the selection of 22 subjects with higher scores.Based on the grade variables, these 22 subjects were randomly divided into 11 experimental groups and 11 control groups. The experimental group was then intervened in the form of group counseling. The research results show that:(1)The Internet is bullied and predicts social anxiety of teenagers positively;(2)The cognitive emotion regulation strategy plays a partial mediation between bullying on the internet and social anxiety among youngsters;(3)This study aimed to improve the effect of group psychological counseling interventions for improving the cognitive and emotional regulation strategies of adolescents and has a long-term effect. After the intervention, the adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategy of the post-test and follow-up test in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before the intervention, and was also significantly higher than that of the control group;the non-adaptive cognitive mood regulation strategy was significantly lower than the intervention. The previous level was also significantly lower than that of the control group.
