Social anxiety problem widely exists in adolescents,and its effect is great.In the adolescent stage,the development trends of social anxiety are significantly higher than the growth of children.Relation with parents,especially interparental conflict relationship is often the main reason for their anxiety.In addition,the junior middle school students can make a difference in social anxiety reaction to interparental conflict,because of they use different cognitive emotion regulation.So I explore the relationship about cognitive emotion regulation interparental conflict and social anxiety.This research adopts the questionnaire,including the children's perception of interparental scale,cognitive emotion regulation scale and social anxiety scale.All of the scales surveyed the overall state of interparental conflict,cognitive emotion regulation and social anxiety,about 500 junior middle school students.The results showed that:(1)the social anxiety level of junior middle school freshman is higher than the normative score,and they choose more positive cognitive emotion regulation to deal with interparental conflict;(2)in junior middle school freshman social anxiety,gender and whether the one-child demographic variables does not exist significant differences besides source place;(3)the negative cognitive emotion regulation is significantly positively related with the degree of interparental conflicts and social anxiety;Positive cognitive emotion regulation is significantly positively related with the resolution level of interparental conflicts and social anxiety.Through the analysis of the results,the research conclusion is that the junior middle school freshmen's cognitive emotion regulation to interparental conflicts has a mediating role between interparental conflicts and social anxiety.Combining previous research and the research conclusion of this paper,I put forward some suggestions:the parents should be dealt with properly;the school could strengthen the education of students' cognitive emotion regulation;at the same time,set up parents guidance system to help parents turn bad education concept.
