Xinjiang,as the largest autonomous region in China,occupies an important position in economic and cultural exchanges between China and abroad.The historical background of the multi ethnic group has made Xinjiang a gathering place for multi ethnic culture.The cultures of all ethnic groups collide and fuse with each other,through the carving of time to realize the process of common inheritance,progress and development.In this process,the Uygur nationality symbols reflect its unique charm.Under the influence of information globalization,the Uygur nationality has also begun to spread its distinctive culture through a variety of means of propaganda,and the film is one of the most influential modes of communication.Through the way of movie transmission,the exploration of Uygur people in mainland China and even overseas audiences is becoming more and more interesting.From seventeen years to now,the development of Xinjiang Uygur film has gone through the instrumental stage,exploratory stage and innovative stage.To this day,Xinjiang Uygur film has been a wonderful work in the history of Chinese film.But since the new century,the production of Uygur films has decreased year by year.Although a large number of cinemas have been built in all parts of Xinjiang,Uygur movies are rarely entered into the market,and the Uygur film theme is relatively simple,which can not arouse the audience's interest in understanding and watching.This paper summarizes the history of the Xinjiang Uygur film and the Uygur nationality symbols through the literature research method,and through the case analysis,it demonstrates and sums up the use techniques of the Uygur ethnic symbols in different stages of the film creation,and collects and classifies the application of the Uygur ethnic symbols in the film creation through the empirical study,and puts forward the arguments,combining the actual creation as the theory.The point provides an objective basis.The thesis consists of five chapters.Through the systematic analysis of the Uygur ethnic symbols,the paper explores its practical application in the stage of film planning,environment and role molding,editing and so on.The first chapter analyzes the historical background and current situation of Uygur films in Xinjiang,and illustrates the significance and value of this paper.The second chapter introduces the concept and dissemination of Uygur film concept and national symbol.The third chapter analyzes the location and location of movie in Uygur movies.The fourth chapter discusses the shaping of the environment and role,from the change ofclothing to show the background of the times;through the building and daily necessities of life to show the Uygur living environment;through the ethnic dress makeup,art,custom,literature,diet to shape the Uygur characters.The fifth chapter discusses the application of Uyghur national symbols in the editing stage through dance,music,totem and color.Through demonstration and example analysis,the application techniques and rules of national symbols in the creation of Uygur films are obtained,which provide theoretical basis and guidance for future film creation.
