The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different affective priming methods on junior high school students' recognition of different potency pictures, and to investigate whether the participants had mood congruency memory under emotional initiation.Using the experimental design of 2(priming method:video priming, picture priming)× 3(emotion type:positive emotion, neutral emotion, negative emotion)× 3(picture type:positive picture, neutral picture, negative picture),Among them, the priming method and the emotional type are the intergroup variables, and the picture type is the intragroup variable. The dependent variable is the correct rate and response time for recognition. The subjects were junior high school students in a secondary school in Tianjin. The materials were selected from the assessed International Affective Picture System and the assessed videos. It was found that the number of self-evaluations of the subjects under the priming of the picture was higher than the priming of the video;the scores of the participants in the video priming were better than those of the pictures, and the response time was faster;the memory effect of the subjects in the positive mood was better than that of the neutral and negative emotions;Subjects' memory effect on positive pictures under positive emotions is better than that on positive ones under negative emotions. The individual's recognition performance is influenced by priming method and emotion type, and is not affected by picture type; The priming method and emotional type affect the individual's mood congruency memory, and the individual has mood-consistent memory under positive emotions.
