The study roundly discussed the effect of mood-congruency memory to middle school students by the application of the process dissociation proceudure(PDP) implict memory under the control of E-Prime , pychological software.Experimentaldesignwas3(group:mood-matched,mood-unmatched,control) x 3(word valence: positive, neutral, negative) x 2(test type:include, exclude) x2(test session: recall, recognition). Experimental material were 120 emotional word valence, included 40 positive, 40 neutral and 40 negative words. The experiment included two sessions, study and test ,before which there was a procedure of the mood induction, then let subjects take action. Finally it was time to calculate the R and A scores by using the PDP.The conclusion were as follows:(1) In the recall test,mood-congruency memory of middle school students in explicit memory and implicit memory.(2) In the recognition test, mood-congruency memory of middle school students did not exist in explicit memory and implicit memory.(3) In the recall test and recognition test, sex differences were not found in explicit memory and implicit memory of middle school students.(4) In the recall test and recognition test, explicit memory and implicit memory of middle school students existed correlation.(5) Different kinds of test existed significant main effect in explicit memory and implicit memory of middle school students.
