Ink,Chinese painting technique name.It refers to the method that the ink from the landscape painting is weak and thick and gradually stained.In the northern song dynasty,guo xi pointed out in the "Lin quan gao zhi" : "with the light ink six and seven add to the deep,that is,the ink is moistened and not withered." guo xi,zhou yuanbin(point school,code annotation),"Lin quan gao zhi",2008,shandongpaintingandcalligraphypublishing house,page 81.As a kind of painting technique and painting vocabulary,it has undeniable importance in the development of ink painting and the formation of new features,especially in the field of Chinese landscape painting.It is the process of painting,which mainly refers to the painting process,which is stained by ink layer,from light to thick,accumulation and stain.Not to picture the black in the process of painting as the ultimate goal,the images of ink layer upon layer of dye product mainly is to highlight the picture effect,administrative levels feeling and the final ink to performance artists need to express the unique artistic realm.In the process of creation,there are a variety of pen and brush strokes,and the use of pens reflects subtle changes.Different ink and brush strokes can produce different artistic states and ink effects.As we can see from his works,gong xian likes to have a bald pen and a sharp nose.The expression of fruity and vigorous is often done through the bald pen,through the brush of the bald brush,the point dye is easy to convey the picture of the image of the hot,powerful artistic feeling.When gong xian painted,he advocated the use of a pen to be elegant and hot,that is to ask to be in the process of painting accurate,concise and smooth and rich change.Gong Xian proposed that artist must possess brushwork,ink,gully and artistically to gas,argues that,in the center by painting,pay more attention to writing and by process of ancient,health care,old,pale,so as to avoid by the moment when,knot,plate,etcGong xian's main contribution to Chinese landscape painting is not only to grasp the realistic portrayal of the landscape,but also to his outstanding contribution to the mohism.Gong Xian in a subtle grasp of Ji Mo law,can from dry to embellish,through multiple stacking of inky,eventually achieve the inky strong,vigorous,thus manifests the inky moist vivid image characteristics.In the development of Chinese landscape painting,gong xian's use of ink reached an unprecedented height."Black,thick,moist and solid" is the style characteristic of gong xian's mature landscape painting,also known as "hun,hou,hua,zi".
