In traditional Chinese society,“legitimate” is often used to explain the legitimacy of the ruler exercising his power.Orthodoxization is an important guarantee for the consolidation of a political power. Therefore,at the beginning of the establishment of the new regime, the kings and dynasties who founded the kingdom have attached particular importance to this issue. The concept of “orthodox”,along with the establishment and development of the autocratic monarchy system, has been given new meanings on the basis of its original meaning through the development of the pre-Qin,Qin,and Western Han periods. In the early Eastern Han Dynasty, the monarch was aware of the importance of orthodoxy, and he began to carry out large-scale orthodox construction at the beginning of establishment. The introduction mainly expounds on the concept of political legitimacy. It briefly summarizes the "orthodox" ideas of the DPRK's demonstrations before the Eastern Han Dynasty. It has a certain positive significance for demonstrating the political legitimacy of the dynasty during and after the Eastern Han Dynasty. This article is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes the legitimacy of the establishment of the Eastern Han regime based on the "Tian" teaching of the king. This part is elaborated in detail from three perspectives. The first is the Han family. The period of the Qin and Han dynasties was the period of the orthodox ideology. In the latter part of the Western Han Dynasty, the theory of "rearing" emerged. After the Han dynasty,Liu Xiu,as the heir of the Han Emperor Gao Bang, apparently met the conditions of the late Qing dynasty. This also became Liu Xiu.A basis for the establishment of the Eastern Han Dynasty from the legality of the dynasty;followed by the Han as a fire, and the demonstration of the legitimacy of the“inheritance” theory of the Huo-de,both from the Eastern Han Dynasty and the Western Han Dynasty;and finally, the Taishan meditation on strengthening the people's life for the king. The idea given by Heaven was toshow the dynasty's legitimacy. The second part focuses on strengthening the "people's mind" and sees how Liu Xiu shows that the regime is legal. The establishment of a new regime requires not only the support of heaven, but also the return of the people. Many people's supportive regimes are considered legal, otherwise they are illegal. Therefore, this part mainly focuses on the summary of Liu Xiu's series of measures centering on the “people” before and after the rebellion. The third part analyzes the moral support of Liu Xiu's establishment of Eastern Han regime from the construction of "Courtesy".The ritual system involves many aspects of Eastern Han society. The establishment and improvement of ritual is also an important basis for demonstrating the legality of the prince himself. The reconstructed Sanzhao combines ritual architecture with Confucian rituals to achieve the pursuit and ideals of Confucian scholars since the Western Han Dynasty.Luoyang, the capital of choice in the Eastern Han dynasty, intended to pass on Zhou Li in an attempt to standardize people's hearts with rites and stabilize the dynasty's legitimacy. After chasing respect for the high ancestors, the sacrificial offerings of the eleven cemeteries of the Western Han Dynasty, the purpose of the Temple of Heaven and the Seven Temples was to promote the Eastern Han Dynasty as the continuation of the Western Han Dynasty, rather than as a new dynasty,in order to obtain the loyal support and support of the Liu family and the world. This has created the stable social foundation and the precondition of unifying the country at the beginning of the Eastern Han Dynasty. Therefore, this chapter makes a more detailed summary of the ritual system construction in the early Eastern Han Dynasty, especially during the Liu Xiu period. This article starts with two clues of the legality of the dynasty and the legitimacy of the monarch, and discusses Liu Xiu's establishment of the orthodox operation of the Eastern Han dynasty. On the one hand, the orthodoxy and monarchy of the dynasty are unifyingly important topics of concern in ancient Chinese political thought;on the other hand, the study ofthe way the orthodox operation of the Eastern Han Dynasty was also of great significance to the later legitimacy of the establishment of the new regime.
