Research On The Vocabulary Of Jingyuan Hui Dialect

Jingyuan County is located in the southernmost part of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Jingyuan dialect belongs to the Guanzhong dialect of the Central Plains.On the basis of field investigation,this paper takes Jingyuan Hui dialect vocabulary as the research object.The main idea of this paper is to study the lexical form,meaning and cultural characteristics of the vocabulary,and try to make a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the vocabulary of Jingyuan Hui dialect.This paper is composed of introduction,text and conclusion.Introduction:briefly introduces the basic situation of Jingyuan County,including the general situation of human geography and historical evolution;research status of Ningxia and Jingyuan dialect vocabulary;the significance and methods of this study;the overview of Jingyuan Hui dialect phonology.The text is divided into three chapters:The first chapter analyzes the lexical features of Jingyuan Hui dialect,including the number of syllables,word-forming morpheme,word-formation method and word-formation motivation.The second chapter analyzes the lexical meaning features of Jingyuan Hui dialect,including word meaning,color meaning and etymological characteristics.The third chapter analyzes the cultural characteristics of Jingyuan Hui dialect vocabulary,including immigration characteristics,diet vocabulary culture,marriage and funeral vocabulary culture,ballad culture.Conclusion:briefly explains the work done in this paper,summarizes the achievements and shortcomings.
