This article is based on the academic background of the discussion about the religious nature of Confucianism. It begins with the funeral ceremony of the Confucianism in the pre-Qin period, and takes the conception of religion as a concept to explore its special religious expression and humanistic practice. It seeks to return to the content of the confession of the Confucian funeral ceremony."Teaching from the depths of the human mind," this article focuses on the human experience of daily use and eventually resort to ethical education. The first chapter, mainly focuses on the study of religious issues existing in the Confucianism, and organizes and divides different opinions from all fields. In addition,it starts from the academic point of view of "ceremony" to explain Confucian religion and expounds the origin and connotation of the author's concept of religious care. The second chapter, explores the historical background of the "divine administration" to "mortal administration" during the pre-Qin period, and explores the transition from the religious ceremony to the humanistic ceremony,so as to explain the dual attributes of ceremony. The third chapter, begins with the religious origin of the funeral ritual, and interprets the funeral of the pre-Qin Confucian funeral from within(embraced in the funeral rituals of the "virtue" and "filial piety")to outside(the virtue comes from inside, while the courtesy sends out). The fourth chapter, expounds the function and practice of the religious solicitude in the daily life of funeral rites in the three aspects of eternal order, ultimate concern and transcendental power. The fifth chapter, discusses the limitation of the religious care of the funeral rites in terms of Confucianism, and explores the contemporary value of the funeral rites for the awakening of the sense of native families.
