Teachers' professional identity is a sub-concept of teachers' professional development,and teacher's professional development is a hot research topic at present.Most of its research focuses on the professional development of on-the-job teachers.But ignoring the research of the teachers' reserve team which is the normal school students.There are two advantages in taking normal college students as the object of this study,which is better than that of on-the-job teachers.First,normal school students have great plasticity and higher the efficiency of training compared with that of on-the-job teachers;Second,normal school students are in the critical period of forming identity,which will form a stable and life-long professional identity,and study the regularity of the formation of professional identity in this special period.It has more practical value than studying the professional identity that the teachers in the post have already formed.The focus of this study is to explore the influencing factors of teachers' professional identity and the influence of music undergraduate teacher education on teachers' professional identity.This study collates the specific content of “professional identity” through the literature method,and takes the students' professional identity identification,career development willingness,occupation preparation behavior,and occupational value identification as survey dimensions,and through the method of questionnaire survey,the author makes a survey of the students' professional cognition,vocational training and professional freshman,sophomore,junior and senior.A total of 172 music teachers' students in senior grade were investigated by questionnaire,20 music teachers' students were interviewed by interview method,and their "professional identity" was investigated and studied,and the existing problems were found.The following conclusions were obtained after questionnaires were used:(1)There was a difference in the overall scores of gender identity among teachers of professional teachers in music majors,and(2)there were differences in the overall scores and three dimensions of teachers' occupational identity among music teachers in music teachers.Analyze the influencing factors and propose suggestions for improving the “professional identity” of music teacher students.This paper analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward some suggestions on the promotion of "professional identity" by music majored normal students.
