Research About The Construction And Development Of Bamboo-weaving Culture In Henan Under The Strategic Background Of 'the Belt And Road' Initiative

As an cultural heritage,the traditional Handicrafts of bamboo weaving in Henan province,as people's growing material need,which leads to the contraction between the traditional crafts and social environment.Therefore,it is urgent to construct and develop bamboo cultural industry in Henan province.‘The Belt and Road' cooperation Initiative is raised by president Xi in the new era and new conditions,The plan which spanning time and space brings Henan bamboo a huge opportunity.Under ‘The Belt and Road' Initiative background,the construct of Henan bamboo weaving industry is fusion of the economic society and the traditional culture.Based on the investigation of the current development of Henan bamboo weaving industry under the background of ‘The Belt and Road',the use of strategic management countermeasures,make Henan bamboo weaving traditional handicraft to grasp the opportunities to get effective inheritance and development,achieve the construction and development of cultural industries of Henan bamboo weaving crafts,improve the region's cultural soft power of Henan province.Based on the development pattern of Henan bamboo weaving cultural industry,this paper use the knowledge of management science and art to systematically research the traditional Henan bamboo weaving handicraft,and comprehensively use the field research,literature analysis,questionnaire and SWOT analysis method to solve the core problems of the development of Henan bamboo weaving cultural industry under the background of ‘The Belt and Road' Initiative.First of all,this paper explains the general situation of the development of industries in Henan province,depicts the current situation of the development of cultural industry through on-the-spot investigation,collecting a large number of the related material of Henan bamboo weaving traditional crafts,visiting bamboo weaving craftsman as well as to the do survey to the consumers,and then reveal the problems of Henan bamboo weaving culture industry;Secondly,this paper uses the method of SWOT to analyze and summarize the advantage,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of Henan bamboo weaving industry under the strategy of ‘The Belt and Road' Initiative,and through the selection analysis of strategic target,the ideas of strategic management of constructing and developing Henan bamboo weaving industry comes to a conclusion.Finally,according to the result of SWOT analysis,this paper raises the corresponding measures to the three aspects of the production mode,cultural innovation mode and operation mode of Henan bamboo weaving industry,which can promote the construction of Henan bamboo weaving industry under the background of ‘The Belt and Road' Initiative.At the same time,it can achieve the healthy,ordered,consistent,stable development of Henan bamboo culture industry.
