The Study On The Buddhist Arts Elements In Domestic Arts Films From 1960 To 1989

Art film is a unique term in Chinese animation art,which involves cartoon,puppet film and paper-cut film.The Chinese animation industry also is promoted to prosperity by this kind of art films which absorb the elements and essence of folk art,National art and religious art.The domestic art films always make people feel impressive among all these art films,especially in the 1960 s to the 1980 s.On the other hand,the animation of 60 s to 80 s also brings new thoughts and different art connotations for the development of Chinese animation by using and referring to the Buddhist art element.Because of the long history and high acceptance in China,Buddhist art has gradually merged with Chinese native culture and left irreplaceable fine works of art in the long years.The art factors such as grottoes,murals and so on provide useful reference for the development of Chinese animation art.The purpose of this paper is to study the elements of Buddhist art used in Chinese domestic art films,and as a Chinese traditional art,to analyze the influence and enlightenment of Chinese Buddhist art on the development of modern and contemporary animation.This paper consists of three main chapters: introduction,text and conclusion.On the basis of understanding the origin,development and cultural connotation of Buddhist culture,the text mainly discusses the application of Buddhist art elements in art films and finds out the characteristics of Buddhist art elements through case study.Comparing both the typical Buddhist artistic modeling and the form of the Buddhist art color language in the Buddhist mural and classic art film,excavating its artistic and aesthetic value in animation works,giving new inspiration for modern animation creation.The application of Buddhist art elements in animation works is the second creation and application of traditional elements as well as the continuation and development of traditional culture and taking its essence elements into the animation,then we can create a more distinctive works.
