Study On The Construction Issues Of Public Culture Survice Of Ordos

With the continuous improvement of China's economic and social development level,how to speed up the construction of public cultural service systems,improve the level of public cultural services,and meet people's growing spiritual and cultural needs have become major issues of concern to the party and the country.Xi Jinping pointed out in the Party's Nineteenth National Congress report that it is necessary to improve the public cultural service system,and enrich people's cultural activities.In addition,in the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,it also put forward clear requirements for the construction of the national public cultural service system.Ordos is located in the southwest of the Inner Mongolia.The city's economic growth ranks first in Inner Mongolia for last 15 years.In recent years,the Ordos people have gradually begun to pursue high-quality spiritual and civilized life while continuously improving their material living standards.This puts forward higher requirementsfor the construction of public cultural services in Ordos.Therefore,the construction of public cultural services is with great significance for Ordos.This paper systematically studies the problems existing in the construction of public cultural services in Ordos.First,the article introduces the background and significance of research topics,research status at domestic and foreign,research methods,innovations and deficiencies.Then,the article systematically explained the concepts and theoretical basis of the public cultural system.Besides,it summarizes the achievements of Ordos public cultural system,points out the problems existing in Ordos public cultural services and analyzes the reason.Finally,it gives suggestions on how to improve Ordos public cultural service construction.
