Study On The Construction Of Urban Culture In Xi'an

Culture is an essential part of comprehensive national strength.As the highest level of regional cultural development,urban culture has become a new growth point of national economy.Xi'an is a famous historical and cultural city in China with profound cultural heritage and numerous cultural relics and historic sites.In the new historical period,how to drive and guide the construction of the whole city through the construction of urban culture is has been an important task facing Xi'an.The purpose of this paper is to study relevant historical documents,the existing theory combined with the concrete practice of Xi'an,using literature research,theoretical analysis and the qualitative analysis of Xi'an city culture construction are discussed.First of all,starting from the research backgrounds,this paper clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of the study in urban cultural construction,and summarizes the research achievements of theoretical circles at home and abroad.In the definition of culture,urban culture and city culture construction on the basis of the connotation and characteristics of the core concepts,emphatically to the new public service,the new urban-ism,sustainable development as the theoretical basis,theoretical guidance in the cultural construction of the city.secondly,By summarizing and discussing the opportunities and risks in the construction of Xi'an city culture,the inherent resource basis of Xi'an City Cultural Construction and the basic achievements of Xi'an Urban Culture Construction,the status of urban cultural construction in Xi'an was established.Take the current still exist in Xi'an city cultural image construction into consideration,urban culture resources being insufficient,inadequate urban cultural industry development,urban social members participation is not high,lack of scientific cognition,urban culture and city culture construction and imperfect management mechanism,the urban cultural construction policy support is insufficient,factors such as main body of a single city culture construction is the deep cause of the problem.Again,through combing three London,Tokyo,Shanghai international metropolis city culture construction of practical experience,which concluded that the important Revelations of the internationalmetropolis city culture construction,thought to develop city culture strategy,development characteristic culture industry,increase the special funds is an important content in city culture construction.Finally,through the basic idea,mainly body construction,practice path,the safeguard mechanism of Xi'an city culture construction four aspects put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to build up the unique characteristics of the Xi'an city cultural construction,thus to enhance the overall strength of our country.
